Product Care

In order to prevent voiding your warranty and extend the beauty and life of your piece, we have the following guidelines for caring for your purchase.

  1. Wipe with a dry, microfiber rag.

  2. Condition regularly (every few months) with Fiebing’s Aussie Leather Conditioner or Smith’s Leather Balm.

  3. Clean stains with a lightly damp rag. This is not meant to soak the leather.

  4. For tougher stains, we recommend cleaning with saddle soap and following the directions provided.

  5. Store out of direct sunlight when not in use.

It is expected that your piece will naturally patina over time due to the oils on our skin and environment. This is not a stain or fault.


Returns

We take great pride in the work that leaves our shop. As such, items are meticulously inspected for quality and packaged with care before they make it to you. However, if you receive your item and decide you’ve changed your mind, we will process a return if the item is in the same condition it left the shop in (unused, no stains or visible damage).

Given the individual nature and process behind our custom order work, we are not able to accept returns for custom orders. Additionally, we consider personally sized items, such as belts, to be custom, as we adjust the size upon ordering.

All accepted returns will be credited as a store gift card. We will provide a pre-addressed shipping label and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your gift card balance. To start a return, please fill out our contact form.


Limited Lifetime Warranty

Because we want to provide our customers with the highest quality, if there is a situation that arises where there are material or craftsmanship faults, we will work with you to repair, or potentially, replace your item.

Note: normal, every day wear and tear is not covered under this warranty.
